    We don't police the community very strongly, we come onto the forum and chime in every now and then however if you need a fast reply the best thing to do is submit  a support request and we will get back to you within 1 week (normally faster).

    If you would answer posts in the community that would help everybody. The customer can find answers easily and the customer support does not have to answer same same questions over and over...

    Agreed - Just the attitude of the support team post speaks to the lack if customer focus. if you have a support mechanism available it costs you not to use it.
