    I am experiencing the same issue. Support ticket submitted. Will update you with the results when I get them and write up solution steps for future passers-by.

    Mine was a very early model with a known bug. It was replaced under warranty

    Instructions from Pokit so far:

    (automated email suggestions)

    Check fuses, apps, charger cable. All validated as OK.

    (human got involved)


    Can you plug the Pokit Pro onto charge and then do the following:
     
    Download an app called "EFR Connect".

    1. Select "Browser"
    2. Select "Filter"
    3. Select the top search bar and type "Pro"
    4. Select "Search"

     
    Let me know if something like " PokitPro OTA" appears on the list.

    No luck as yet, but here's hoping!
