Pokit Pro refusing to charge/start after being dormant
Hi,
My Pokit Pro has been sitting for quite a long time without being used. Applying power to the charge port, trying to press/hold the power button, using the slide switch. Nothing seems to wake it up.
Opened a support ticket, but no response there :(
Anybody ran into this as well. Saw one old post where using a USB-PD charger and some wiggling of the connector caused the device to start. None of that has worked for me

Mine was a very early model with a known bug. It was replaced under warranty

Instructions from Pokit so far:
(automated email suggestions)Check fuses, apps, charger cable. All validated as OK.
(human got involved)
Can you plug the Pokit Pro onto charge and then do the following:
Download an app called "EFR Connect".- Select "Browser"
- Select "Filter"
- Select the top search bar and type "Pro"
- Select "Search"
Let me know if something like " PokitPro OTA" appears on the list.No luck as yet, but here's hoping!
