[Oscilloscope] Trigger on HW button press (Pokit Pro)

Hi guys,

when working with the Pokit Pro on a daily base using it in "probe mode" (not connected permanently to a signal) it's mandatory to have single shot triggered via the button on the Pokit Pro.

Otherwise it's very useless. You simply can not tap the app button (to start a measurment) and then place the tips at the measurement location. You need to be able to trigger a measurement after placing the probes. You need two hands to place the two probes of PokitPro. But then you're missing the third hand to trigger a mesaurement.

  Starting / stopping the sampling with the button on the device should have been a no-brainer for the app.

  It's baffling how no one in the team seems to have thought about it.

  Yes, I just received my Pokit Pro, and using the hardware button as a trigger would be awesome!
