May we know what is the problem with your Pokit?

I've already told you the problem. It doesn't work. It won't show up in the Pokit app though it appears to be visible to the Bluetooth app.

Well, this is clearly a problem with the App because it seems your Pokit works.

May I know what mobile device are you trying to pair it with?

We are aware that some Android devices are having connection problems and our team is working on the App to fix it. We will post an App update soon to fix it.

We will keep everyone updated with progress. I would suggest you wait until we fix the app problem and your Pokit will work like a charm.

Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

If you have any other questions in the future please email support@pokitmeter.com to get a faster response.

    Thanks

Can confirm I had this issue as well.

Bluetooth clearly showed the Pokit device and would connect and light would blink confirming a connection. I had also tested it working 1 single time with a Samsung lithium battery from a Galaxy S5. However, I noticed after it working this one time I could never get it to read again while showing it to a friend.

No matter what I tried it would simply not read ANYTHING! Guess what!? Fuse!!!! How a fuse could be that faulty is beyond me, but that was sure the problem. I popped in the 1 spare fuse and it was reading everything afterwards.

I wish I could find these fuses locally as shipping is more than the fuse costs here in the United States, but I will definitely be getting some more sooner or later.
