Data is injected intrad of measured

When I use pokit to measure some pulsed signals from my arduino nano, it seems that during measurement in oscilloscope mode additional signals are introduced into the circuit, my addressable leds start flashing wildly meanwhile the measurements never exceed 0.5V which is wrong because it is a 5v medium frequency digital signal. If I disconnect the leads the less work fine. If the app is not connected the flashing is worse, like the pokit is actively adding current to the circuit

  This sounds very odd. Can you please give us more information about what you are trying to measure and how? This is not the expected behaviour.
