Problem with the retractable leads.

The retractable leads do not stay extended when pulled out. Is there any way of fixing this?

I am hoping I can just tighten something because I’ve only just got this today.

  I have the exact same issue. I've emailed support, but if there are any quick solutions, I'd love to hear them.
