    Hi TheGoodestBoi,

    Sorry to see that you are having issues with your Pokit Meter. So is what's happening is that you are trying to update your firmware and it disconnects midway through updating?

    Hi TheGoodestBoi, try to use it with different phone if you can, I've updated firmware on my PokitMeter and it stopped working with my phone (no measurements visible) but it works ok with one of my old phones still, not ideal solution but can use it, PokitMeter promised app fix months ago but nothing happened. Hope you get it working ok.

    I have the same problem and have not been able to use my pokit device because of this issue.
    I have tried to update my device with the newest firmware V1.6 and it just shuts off during update.
    I have the newest app firmware V1.1.0

    I've tried to use an older phone Samsung S7 but it doesn't even connect to the new app it does work with the older generation app but does not update to V 1.5 in the older app same problem keeps doing a reconnect every 30sec.

    Hi Amazonspeeder, sorry to hear that you're having issues here. Have you tried using a new battery? What may be happening is that the device might have enough battery to operate but is dying in the middle of the firmware update.

    We have seen this issue previously with Samsung devices, so it would be worthwhile trying to update with another Android or iOS device.
