Charging status unknown

Hi,i could not turn on pokit pro and try to charge it with USB-C but the LED do not blink and i am not sure what is the status now. Does it mean my battery is dead? What is the necessary steps to troubleshoot?

  Hi Jeffe, the LED on your Pokit Pro should start flashing green when plugged in to charge. Does it still not flash after leaving it on charge for an extended period?
