Pokit Pro Range Tester Module

I'm a bit confused here about this, even after watching the video.

Is this a hardware mod to the Pokit Pro? Or something folded into the app? Or a separate app that needs to be installed alongside the Pokit Pro app?

  I think it’s a new version of the app which hasn’t be released yet.
