Reconnecting to Pokit Pro during logging

I want to say that in general I really like this device, and I use the meter and scope frequently, but I just haven’t gotten the hang of the logger

I have the same problem, sometimes I get to see the logged data and sometimes not. It's very frustrating, especially several days of logging.
I cannot find a pattern to the problem and Pokit Pro support have not come up with any ideas :(

I looked at that, but they seem to indicate that the app is requesting the user to hit the button on the device, and I don’t see that. When I start logging and the app is behaving well, then when I return after an hour and fire up the app and go into logging mode, the little Pokit wheel on the bottom of the screen spins and grabs the data (but like I mentioned sometimes the data vanished a few seconds later). When the app is misbehaving, I go into logging mode and the wheel at the bottom of the screen is not spinning. If I click to make it spin, it starts a new logging session.

Any ideas on this from the Pokit team?

Apologies for the delay. New update that contains several bugfixes should be released in approximately 2 weeks. Feel free to let us know or send us a ticket if it's still happening by then.
