PokitPro reset?

1. Lost my phone, bought a  new one

2. Try to connect pokitpro to my new phone

3. Does not work

4. manual says "disconnect from old device first"

....

 

There is no more old device in soooo many use cases? Nobody thought about that? really?

 

What helps?

  Hi Tim, thank you for your post.

  Another way to "disconnect from the old device" without having access to the old device is to simply make sure the old device is not nearby (within Bluetooth connectivity range). If you are outside of the range, you should be able to connect to a new device.

  Most likely, your Pokit Pro has a flat battery, or BLE/location permissions on your new phone may be running SDK 30<. Please refer to the articles below for troubleshooting:
