Pokit android app won't stay open

Each time I open the pokit app, it minimizes itself.

This seems to coincide with a notification sound, and has random time between occurrences.

I have tried turning off notifications but even with Do not Disturb turned on it still occurs. I am wondering if the Pokit app is sensitive to other apps issuing notifications or taking the focus.

Unfortunately, this makes the Pokit app unusable.

I have lodged a support request some days ago but no human response as yet.

Is anybody else having this issue?

  The silence is deafening. Have tried using the pockit pro again but still have the same problem.
