Is the external NTC temperature probe waterproof?

Does anyone know if the external NTC temperature probe is waterproof please?

  Sorry, I thought this was already answered before.
  The NTC Temperature Probe isn't waterproof. One of our hardware engineers has said that he has made temperature sensors waterproof previously by applying a coat of epoxy to add a waterproof layer. This could potentially work if you need the probe to be waterproof.

  Just ordered the external probe myself. Came on here to ask the same question.

  Was thinking about using my sous vide cooker for calibration... thought if I dropped the end of the probe underwater for a bit while it was at 100 degrees that would be a good reference point. If it was waterproof.

  I also would like to know if the probe is waterproof.

  3 years and no answer? Is anyone at Pokit looking at these questions?
