Pokit Pro housing not closing completely
I recently got my Pokit Pro and I already created a support request for this but haven't gotten an answer back after a bit more than a week.
Immediatly after unpacking it I was able to detect a flaw on my device.
Around the mode switches ampere position I cant close the housing of the device completely.
The hopusing is a few millimeters apart. On the voltage side of the switch the housing has no gaps (or less than 1mm). I can even pull it apart slightly at this location but I can't get it to close completely.
A device with this much testing and developement and that price should not have that kind of flaw in my opinion. Especially since I saw pictures and videoswhich didn't have that flaw.
Did I just get a problematic unit? Is there a way to open it without losing waranty and without breaking anything to see where the problem is? Could the battery be the problem (maybe it expanded)?
I would relly appreciate an official answer here please.

Hi Daniel, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and apologies for the delayed reply to your support request as hundreds of support requests have come through over the past month or so.
We're sorry to see that you have received a Pokit Pro in this state. Since the housing isn't closed properly, this is deemed as a faulty unit. We have outlined in our email response the further actions we need to take.
