Remove the 600V "nag" screen as an option

Since reconnecting the Pokit Pro can occasionally be problematic, it is easier to UNPAIR and then PAIR again. This requires responding to the 600V "nag" screen every time. It requires 3 clicks to exit this screen. Please add an option to "Don't show this screen again"
