How about a scaling factor "function" to convert a voltage or amperage into an engineering value?

I measure process values often, it would be cool to have a function option where you could create your own formula to convert a voltage or amperage value into a process value for the multimeter or logging modes.  I measure process values such as dissolved oxygen or ozone in water, pH, oxidation reduction potential, gas flow, water level, or gas pressure, etc often.  For example, I would be interested if I could enter a formula in a function to convert the measured 4-20mA to display 0-2000 gallons per minute.

I know I could do that externally from the CSV file after the fact but to do it in real time would be awesome.

  Absolutely. I requested this from day one when we were asked for input. The official function on many scopes is known as AX+B
