Pokit App -Dev seems completely brain dead
I have not yet received the Pokit Pro, but I'm trying to get familiar with the Pokit devices.
I tried to log two channels with the Pokit (1.1.0) App, but it seemed not at all intended for that. So I went to PokitPokitMeter Dev, version 1.0.16.
Using a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (Android 11) , I paired two meters with the app; I was able to flash them individually. I selected Multimeter mode, Temperature measurements, and could see the temperatures from each on the buttons at the bottom of the screen, but could never see both on the main screen or save their measurements. I returned to the Main menu, selected Logger, the button went pink and the app crashed. I have tried this several times in different ways. I never can see two channels on the screen; I never can save a file with two channels.
It seems that this software effort has very little to show for its quadruply delayed debut.
If there is a clear set of operating instructions, please point me to it.

Hi David Luce,
Thanks for your feedback.
You are correct, the legacy Pokit App (1.1.0) does not support multi-channel, so you're using the correct app.
Regarding the multimeter mode, at the moment you can see all four channels in real-time along the bottom as you have observed. Saving a reading only stores the active channel, but you can switch channels and save each, then export them to a single .csv using the export function.
The logger has been given a lot of polish since version 1.0.16 and you'll find it works a lot better in the next update, coming shortly. Logging is on a per-channel basis, so if you want to compare two channels over time, you can log both then export them to compare the data.

So I must save one channel, switch, save another, and repeat for all my channels? Have any of your engineers actually used such a silly method? Simple measurements like meter internal resistance or multifrequency impedance, are annoying and complicated, if this technique is required.
When will the software be ready to log, display and compare four channels with a common time base? Will the software be able to handle two channels with the Pokit Pro and two with the original Pokit?
Will the software ever expand beyond four synchonous channels?
