Sending Pokit Pro to EU

Hi, can you please ensure that you send Pokit Pro with "customs form CN23" to Europe?
If you don't add all required information, we'll have to pay a lot of extra money to our local postal services. In Austria this will be an additional handling fee of 24€. Together with 5€ import fee and 20% VAT, this will add around 50€ to Pokit Pro... :-(

  Thank you for pointing this out to us. We will be shipping Pokit Pro orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong, and we will try to ensure that all necessary information is included to try to reduce fees as much as possible.

  You've apparently been unsuccessful because I had to pay € 24 to get my package from the local postal services (Italy).

  Hi Marco Tuzzi, we haven't managed to finalise our VAT registration in the EU, so we do not cover any VAT or import fees on behalf of customers and backers.
