    Hi Herbert Fressl,

Sorry to see that you are having issues with the logger function. Is what's happening that the Pokit Meter will stop logging after 10-21 days?

    Hy Lachlan M,

    Unfortunately I can not say.
When it happens then I see the pokit in the app.... try to connect... the hourglass is shown.... but the connection fails...

The first time I thought the battery is too low. Next time I tried to connect with three different phones (2x Apple, 1x Android) - no success.

Only when I remove the battery and reinsert it, the connection works again, but the data are of course gone,

    greetings from austria

    Hy Lachlan M,

I solved it for me in so far that I remove the battery every new start of the logging and put it in again. So far I could always connect and read out all the data. I was able to do this for three whole logging cycles without any further problems.

thank you and greetings from austria

    Hi Herbert Fressl,

That's great to hear that you've found a way to get it working correctly. We do have a new app as well that you can try that you can download via this link: https://help.pokitmeter.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407528221593-Pokit-Pro-Timeline-Weekly-Update-33-7-Oct-21

I get the same problem.  At the moment I am associating it with a full buffer, so when the maximum number of readings have been stored it seems impossible to connect.  I have managed to re-connect by restarting my phone, but then all the logged data seems to have been lost.
