Would be brilliant if you could add NMEA logging feature.

  NMEA logging would be a fantastic capability, but it requires a tremendous amount of signal processing.  The sampled signal could be passed directly to an high-powered app on a laptop, which would then do the decoding with the graphics processor.  Just a simple matter of software.
