Still waiting for my Pokit but no updates to the tracking since 12/13

    Hy Stefan,
    I have the same problem, since December 13 I get no further information what’s going on with my order. I’m also a backer and I wrote the PokitMeter support twice but they just say they will response if they have news. Also the quantiumsolutions company don’t response to my request.

    @PokitMeter Team it would be nice to know what happened.

    Hi Folks,

    I got a note from Deutsche Post that I have to pay taxes - so that took that long time.

    I received the same tracking information than @Stefan.

    @Kai - has your tracking progress also stopped for almost a month until you got your tax-notice? Just curious because I‘m buying a few things from overseas now and then and it really NEVER took that long for your tax-department to send me the invoice for their taxes ...

    My pokit shipped December 13. It looks like it was delivered to the Ukraine. I live in Canada. Several requests for help have gone unanswered but I get support tickets?

    This is a total mess!
    Yesterday I again wrote the Pokit-support  that my items are lost somewhere in the world and I really want that they either send me a new one or I‘ll get my money back but there is no reaction or answer at all from them!

    They are really just taking the mickey out of us all here ....
