Anyone else missing part of their order

Not assuming this happens often, but I ordered the Pokit Pro, Temp Probe, Accessory Clip Pack, the multi-case (part of a bundle) and the clamp and I received everything but the clamp!  That clamp makes up more than 40% of what I paid for this order and so I'm sort of freaking out that I didn't get it.

  Thanks for your order! The Pokit Clamp, together with its accessories, is currently on a pre-order basis and is scheduled to ship in November of this year.

  OMG!  So sorry. I completely forgot about this.  The invoice makes it look like it was available and shipped.

   

  Maybe on the line item for the clamp, put "(pre-ordered)".   LOL!

  No worries. You weren't the first to get confused about it :)

  It was supposed to be shipped all together once all items are available, but we thought people would like something to play with while waiting for the Clamp, so we ship all existing available items in advance instead.

  You've got a point with the pre-order indication in the invoice and order confirmation. I will talk to our store manager about that.

  Ouch.  Clamp ship date moved to April? Wish you guys had sent out an email.  :(

  Orders should start shipping around mid-Feb.

  It was initially scheduled to ship in November. However, we encountered some delays that shifted the timeline a bit, and the Clamps are now scheduled to ship in the 1st quarter of 2026 instead.
  
  Because of this redesign and re-verification work, we have moved our delivery dates, but we'll make sure to deliver something reliable and accurate, and update you via email once the Clamps are ready to ship!

  The "April" showing as the fulfillment date on the website is for new orders. We think before April, all the Kickstarter and early website pre-orders will have already been fulfilled.
