UNO R3 Starter Kit for Arduino shipping too high

I almost purchased the UNO R3 Starter Kit for Arduino today at the GREAT price of $35.  Then, during checkout I saw that the shipping charge was going to be $30.  That is REDICULOUS.  There is no way it can cost that much.  What are you doing? This looks like a classic 'bait and switch'.  You advertise a low price for the item, then hit us with a ridiculous S&H charge to get more money.

Try again.  I will not purchase this item.
