    Hi Marco Tuzzi.

Once you have Range Tester setup, you can simply press the button on your Pokit Pro and Range Tester will start (you should see a short flash of the LED every few seconds).
The Range tester will remember the settings you set for each switch position you last set so if you set DC voltage in the front switch position, continuity in the middle switch position and AC current in the rear switch position it will remember those settings and the ranges you set within them when you select those switch positions.

Here's a video showing the setup and demo of the Range Tester module: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcCf6FCGzO4

I'm actually having the same issue with mine.  If i use the range tester in the app, it will continue to work without it, but if the pokit goes to sleep i cannot use it in standalone anymore.

    Example of issue.

Press button > meter flashes green but does not stay on.

Pull out app put in range test, confirm it working.  Put phone away, range tester works.

Wait about an hour, both devices gauranteed not connected.  Push button on Pokit, but it does not turn on ( can turn on flashlight though)

My range test module is set to continuity in the middle position and VDC in the voltage position, if i slide the switch to either of these and push the button, the light flashes green once, but stays off afterwards.  In order to get standalone working again i have to pull out the app and get it to connect, change its mode to range test, then put the app away again, and its fine for about 10 ish mins before it sleeps and stops working again.
