Firmware Upgrade successful but could no longer connect to phone

Suggested upgrading firmware to 2.02 (I think). That seemed successful. BUT, afterward, I could never connect to my iPhone SE 3rd generation. The green LED on the probe no longer lit up when pressing the button. Probe was fully charged, torch worked. 

THANK YOU to this forum for posting the Reset: Hold the button for 15 seconds. 

That solved the connection problem.

  Same here. I simply unpaired it and then paired it again with the phone.
