Pokit User Guide - Range Tester - How to Unsubscribe from Pokit App add-on modules

Step 1: In the Pokit App, navigate to the Devices screen, select the MY ACCOUNT button on the top left of the screen.

Step 2: In the My Account screen, you will see a dialog with a list of add-on modules you have access to.

To unsubscribe from one of the add-on modules select the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS button.

You will be redirected to the Pokit Subscription page where you can cancel subscriptions, change payment options, and update your billing details.

Upon unsubscribing from an add-on module, you will retain access to it for as many days were remaining on your subscription at that point.

If you bought the subscription through the iOS store, you will need to cancel it through the iOS store. Pokit Innovations does not have access to cancel these subscriptions.
