If your Pokit Pro isn’t taking any readings, please try the following:
- Restart your phone.
- In the Pokit App, navigate to the Devices screen and make sure your Pokit Pro is showing as connected. Press the Locate button and make sure the LED flashes.
- In the Pokit App, open Multimeter > Continuity. Touch the two Pokit Pro probes together. The Pokit Pro and Pokit App should both beep.
- In the Pokit App, open Multimeter > Temperature. Test to see if the Pokit Pro is measuring temperature.
- Please try to measure DC High Current (Rear Switch Position) across a non-rechargeable AAA battery. Do not use a larger battery as it may produce a current of over 10A.
If Step 3 doesn’t work but the rest do, then it is likely that the 500mA fuse has blown. Please try these tests again after replacing the fuse.
