Tracking number not found in system

If you have received a tracking number and the tracking status says ‘Item status not found in the system’, this means that your order has been fulfilled but not yet collected by the courier. Your order will be collected soon, and once this has happened, tracking updates will begin to be visible. 

Pokit Pro orders usually take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. If you do not receive your order after 4 weeks, please submit a support request so that we can investigate further.

Please note that tracking updates will only appear once the courier collects your order. Courier collection can take up to one week but usually takes 2-3 business days.
