Welcome back to another Pokit Pro weekly update. Here’s what the Pokit team has been working on over the past week:
Our hardware engineers have finished constructing the Pokit Pro test jig and are finalising verification before sending it to our manufacturers. The test jig forms part of our strict quality assurance process and will be used on the production line to automatically test all Pokit Pro units for any defects before they are packaged and shipped. Meanwhile, our embedded software engineers tidied up and underwent final testing on the production firmware build. They’ve also implemented a special mode used by the test jig to test parts of the front-end circuit during production. This mode enables early detection of any assembly line defects.
We are finalising details with our manufacturers to be able to begin shipping in the coming weeks. Once finished, we will provide further information on the shipment of the Pokit Pro units.
