Apologies for the delay on this week’s update! Here’s what’s been happening in the past week:
We’ve received the other plastics that we were waiting on last week. We’ve been running tests on all the different types of production plastics we’ve received. The plastics have passed all our internal tests, but some small modifications will need to be made to the tooling. This is commonplace with the first run of plastics to smooth out any kinks. We are now preparing units to send for safety certification, which is the final hurdle we need to pass to begin production to fulfil orders.
We’ve noticed some things we want to change to improve Pokit Pro’s design. The main change is to increase the switch size to make it easier to slide and some smaller changes to improve the switch's reliability.
We’re really excited about how the final testing phase has been going and can’t wait to see how Pokit Pro fares with safety certification towards the end of the month.

I look forward to it ... Unfortunately, after July 1, 2021, in Europe we will have to pay an additional 21% VAT on the amount + shipping costs indicated on the invoice that will accompany the package.

Frédéric Navez We do understand that there will be additional VAT on European orders once they arrive in your country, yet this was always the case since orders come from outside of the EU.
