The best way to track your package is via our tracking portal.
If the tracking information hasn't been updated for a long time, you may need to contact the post service directly.
If you have chosen a Postal Service shipping option, your package is being shipped via regular postal service. Once the package arrives at the country of destination, it will normally be handed to your local (or national) postal service. For example, for US residents USPS will take control of the package once on US soil. For Australia, it will be Australia Post, for Germany DHL, for Netherlands PostNL.
If your package has a delivery exception, we will notify you by email so you can contact the courier to sort the exception out.
To determine which postal service is currently holding your package, look at the tracking information. For example, the following order is in possession of USPS.
Please note that tracking updates will only appear once the courier collects your order. Courier collection can take up to one week but usually takes 2-3 business days.
If you need information about your package, contact the post service directly. Here are the contact details for the major postal services that we use:
For express shipping, we use FedEx.
