We've seen that during shipping packages are not always very well taken care of. If you try Pokit you notice that it always measures 0V or Inf in continuity mode, it is very likely that the fuse is not making good contact. We've seen this problem quite a few times and it has always been related to the same issue.
Good news is that it is very easy to fix.
To fix it open your battery cover and take the battery out.
Make sure that the fuse cover is properly fitted and clipped on Pokit's body. For example here is a photo of a fuse cover which has popped off its normal position during shipment. See that there is an undesired gap between the body and the fuse lid.
If you see that the fuse cover is fine, then it could be that the fuse inside has moved a bit and it's not making good contact. To fix it, remove the fuse cover and the fuse. Check that the contacts under the fuse are clean and the golden pads on the board are also clear.
Place the fuse back in again to its original position and that it is not too tight. Place the fuse cover back and try your Pokit again.
If it is still not working, try to replace the fuse with the spare one we sent you.
We are currently working on a new fuse board with springs that will completely remove this problem. They will be available very soon, stay tuned.
